Trends and Prospects in Medicinal and Pharma Biotechnologies in Europe: Towards Strengthening Regional Cooperation Including CEE Countries (June 3rd - 4th 2019)

UCM and ICARST together with JRC-EC, ICGEB, CEI (which are also co-sponsors and co-organizers of the present Workshop) CEITEC and EBTNA organize the European Workshop "Trends and Prospects in Medicinal and Pharma Biotechnologies in Europe: Towards Strengthening Regional Cooperation Including CEE Countries" which will be held in Bratislava on June 3rd - 4th, 2019. 

The topics of the Workshop are related to the field Biotechnology with the specific focus on Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Biotechnologies (Med/Pharm BT), their current trends and prospects in Europe and specifically in Central and Eastern European Countries and opportunities to increase a regional cooperation related to the upcoming FP9 EC program and other relevant international programs in the period 2021-2027. Particular attention will be given to working group discussions with the objective to discuss and set-up informal groups (consortia) for join project proposals for the future period.
