Two review papers on Current state and prospects of Biotechnologies in CEE countries were published in the Critical Reviews in Biotechnology

As a follow-up the Workshop "Smart Specialization Strategy in the Field of Biotechnologies in Europe: A Challenge for CEE Region", two review papers entitled "Current state and prospects of biotechnology in Central and Eastern European countries. Part I: Visegrad countries (CZ, H, PL, SK)" and "Current state and prospects of biotechnology in Central and Eastern European countries. Part II. New and preaccession EU countries (CRO, RO, B&H, SRB)" has been published with contribution of ICARST scientists (Miertuš and Ondrejovič) in the Critical Reviews in Biotechnology.
